Andria Bacon has been teaching in the Maine public school system since 2007 and currently teaches in RSU 64 in Corinth. Andria holds a degree in Music Education with a cello concentration from the University of Maine. She has studied cello with Juan Condori and Noreen Silver of the Bangor Symphony Orchestra. Andria grew up in Brewer and has been playing the cello for over 30 years.

Andria is a member of Opus Trio and has performed with the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Maine, as well as numerous classical, jazz, and musical theater ensembles. She has adjudicated District II low string auditions for the past five years and conducted several String and District Festivals throughout the state. Aside from teaching public school, Andria has a private studio in the Bangor area through Main Street Music Studios.

Andria attended camp as a camper when she was younger and was a counselor for six years. She enjoys hiking, camping, and going on adventures with her family. Andria resides in Bangor with her husband and two children.
