Fynn Moxcey is a violist from the Oxford Hills region of Maine, and began working at SMSC in 2024. In May 2025, Fynn graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor's degree in Music Education, where she studied with Kimberly Lehmann. In college, she participated in chamber ensembles, masterclasses, and conducted for band, orchestra, and choir. Fynn has also been a member of the Southern Maine Symphony Orchestra for the past four years. This upcoming school year, Fynn is incredibly excited to step into a new role as the 4-6th grade strings teacher for Lewiston Public Schools. When she’s not performing or teaching, Fynn enjoys composing, crochet, and taking her dog Teddy for walks.
